The media daily bombards us with sexual images and messages that can take a spiritual toll and lead us to destructive decisions. Even the godliest of men are no exception when it comes to sexual tempatation! While it's impossible to avoid these temptations, it is possible to manage them. Men of Valor can help!
Keynote Speakers:
Joe Dallas is the program director of Genesis Counseling in Tustin, CA, a counseling ministry for men dealing with sexual addiction, homosexuality and other sexual/relational issues. He is the the author of The Game Plan, The Men's 30-Day Strategy for Attaining Sexual Integrity, and several other books on human sexuality.
For more than three years, Joe taught and conducted the nationally recognized Every Man's Battle conference as the originating Program Director, and from 1991 to 1993, he served as the President of Exodus International. He is now a regularly featured speaker with the Focus on the Family's Love Won Out conference.
Dr. La Fayette Scales was commissioned Pastor of Rhema Christian Center in 1982. Since beginning that work with seven members, the church has grown profoundly and is making an impact in northeast Columbus, Ohio. La Fayette has also ministered to men across the nation and throughout the world.
Dr. Scales received an Honorary Doctorate of Divinity from Beulah Heights Bible College in Atlanta, Georgia and he is a charter member of the Fellowship of Inner City Word of Faith Ministries. In addition, he authored two books, What is the Church Coming To? and It's the Walk Not the Talk.
Men of Valor will also offer multiple breakout sessions led by outstanding local and national speakers that will equip, encourage and empower men of all ages (including junior high and high school students) to pursue integrity in a sexualized world.
